It would be better if you contacted me before you book my services, just to make sure I am available.

Similarly, if you are ordering something, you might want to be sure to get it at an appropriate date.

What if I wish to pay for multiple items?

The best, in this case, would be to select Other under Motif of Payment and put the total amount in the Pay the Sum of: window.
